UPMT 2016 Eligibility Criteria |
Candidates must be a citizen of India. They also
need to show domicile for appearing in this exam. |
Candidates who have cleared their intermediate
from any recognized institutions of Uttarakhand are must to show their
domicile certificate. |
For those candidates, who have cleared their
intermediate from any institute of Uttarakhand but they don’t have domicile
certificate are eligible to apply but they will not get any reservation
advantages. |
Candidates holding domicile of Uttarakhand but
have passed their intermediate examination from an institute outside of
Uttarakhand are eligible to apply. |
Age of candidates must be in between 17 to 25 as
on 31st December 2016. For reserved category candidates the maximum age limit
is 30 years. |
Candidates must have cleared class 12th
examination along with subjects namely Physics, Biology, Chemistry and
English from an authentic education board and secured at least 50% marks in
Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For reserved category candidates the minimum
mark is 40%. |
