| Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test |
| UPMT (Uttarakhand Pre-Medical Test) is a state
level entrance examination of Uttarakhand state. UPMT was conducted by the
H.N.B. Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU). This entrance exam
was organized for providing admission in various medical programmes such as
MBBS/BDS offered by the private/government medical/dental colleges of
Uttarakhand. Since the year 2016, it has been replaced by the NEET exam. The
counselling for medical state quota seats will be organized by the same HNB
medical university. In this article, we are providing the complete

| UPMT 2017 Eligibility Criteria |
Candidate must be a
citizen of India.
Candidate has to clear their
intermediate examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry,
Biology/Biotechnology and English.
They have to obtain at least 50%
marks (for general category), 40 % marks (for the SC/ST/OBC category) &
45% (General Category PH).
Candidates have to complete
minimum 17 years of age as on 31 December, 2017. The maximum age limit is 25
years as on 31 December, 2017. There will be a 5 years age relaxation for the
reserved category candidates.
Appearing candidates can also
apply for UPMT 2017.
Candidate has a valid Domicile of
Uttarakhand state.
Candidates those have completed
their high school or intermediate from Uttarakhand Board, they can also
apply. |
