Karnataka NEET Counselling 2017
        Karnataka NEET 2017 Counselling – Karnataka Examinations Authority invites online applications from the eligible, qualified NEET 2017 Candidates from All over India. It has released provisional Merit list of Karnataka candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2017. KEA has now published guidelines and information brochure for MBBS/BDS admissions in Karnataka. NEET 2017 score with merit list released will be used for admissions in MBBS/BDS courses. You may download the Merit List. Candidates need to check the eligibility and documents required to attend Karnataka NEET 2017 Counselling in order to get admission to MBBS/BDS colleges.

Eligibility Criteria
      All NEET UG-2017 qualified candidates are allowed for participating in the allotment of UG Medical/Dental seats as per the eligibility & reservation criteria for the respective category of seats which is detailed in the subsequent pages of Prospectus/Information Bulletin.
These seats are classified into four categories.
1st Category (G): Government seats, means and includes seats in Government colleges and
Government share of seats in Private colleges. (to the candidates who are Eligible
under CET-2006 admission rules) –

a) Government seats in Government Colleges
Eligibility: as per UGCET rules
b) Government seats in private colleges
1. COMEDK – 40%
2. KRLMPCA – 25%
3. AMPCK – 25%
2nd Category (P): Private seats, means and includes seats in Private Colleges (KPCF (COMED-K),
AMPCK, KRLMPCA)

a) In KPCF (COMED K) Colleges: 40% seats reserved for private quota seats
• 30% of the above seats: Candidates of Karnataka Origin who are claiming eligibility for Government
seats under clauses (a), (b), (f), (h), (j), (k) (l) and (o) are only eligible to claim these 30% seats.
• Remaining 70% of the seats are open quota seats. These seats are filled based on All India Merit
list and candidate should be a Citizen of India.

b) In KRLMPCA and AMPCK Colleges: 55% of seats reserved for private quota.
• Out of those, 66% to be filled from respective religious / linguistic minority candidates.
• Remaining 34% of the seats are open quota seats. These seats are filled based on All India Merit list
candidate should be Citizen of India.
3rd Category (N): NRI Quota seats (KPCF (COMED-K), AMPCK, KRLMPCA)
15% of the total seats reserved for NRI quota in COMEDK, KRLMPCA and AMPCK colleges
Eligibility:
a. Children of Non-resident Indian or their Wards. (As per Hon’ble High Court in WP
Nos.17999-18002/2017)
4th Category (O): Other (these seats carry a higher fee):
5% of the total seats in COMEDK, KRLMPCA and AMPCK colleges
Eligibility:
Open to all based on All India Merit except 3 category candidates.

    Candidates have to click on “New User? Click Here to Register” on the home page of online application form. Candidates will have to provide all the required information in the candidate registration form and submit.
    On the new page Select whether You have applied for CET or You’ve appeared for NEET UG 2017. Then enter your NEET registration and Roll number..
    On successful login by the candidates “Student information” will be displayed, in which the candidates have to start entering the required information.
