SAAT (Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test) is a
national level examination and conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University
every year. Students, who wish to take admission in various undergraduate and
postgraduate courses can appear in SAAT 2017 examination, headquarter of
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University is situated in Odhisha. The test is
conducted across 50 cities of India and is based on multiple choice questions

Registration |
SAAT registration 2017 will be done from the University’s
official website, SAAT application form 2017 will be available from 22nd Jan
2017, a candidate who wants to appear in this examination has to undergo
through following step by step procedure: |
Open official
web portal of the University. |
Enter Email id, DOB, mobile number and name for registration. |
OTP (One Time
Password) will be received in given mobile number and Email id. |
After entering
OTP you will be redirected to the SAAT 2017 application form. |
Fill all the necessary details and upload latest passport size
colored photograph and scanned signature and then proceed to online payment. |
Do application fee payment by Debit/Credit or net banking
method. |
Applicants are advised to take a copy of filled application
along with payment. |
Candidates who are applying offline can issue application form
by post from the university centre. |
Candidate who chooses to fill form offline can deposit
application fee on cash and can send the application form to the university. |
Applicants are advised to read all instruction carefully in
information bulletin available on official website of the university. |
Eligibility
criteria |
B.Tech: Passed Diploma in Engineering / Technology with less
than 60% marks in aggregate. |
MBBS/BDS: Must have passed in Higher Secondary Certificate
Examination or its equivalent Examination from a recognized university. Must
pass with at least 50% of aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany
and Zoology), (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC applicants and 45% in case of PH
applicants). |
M.Tech: Applicants must have passed in B.E/B.tech or its
equivalent examination from a recognized university. |
M.Pharm: Applicants must be passed in B.Pharm with minimum of
50% marks scored from a recognized university. Appearing students of B.Pharm
examination can also apply. |
LLM: Must have passed or appearing Bachelor Degree in Law or
studied Integrated Law Course or its equivalent from any recognized
University with at least 50% of aggregate marks scored can apply. |
Exam pattern |
SAAT exam is a multiple choice type written test, the exam
pattern varies as per the course of interest. The question paper is divided
into three sections Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and had 60 questions
for each. |
Counseling |
The possible time of counseling is first week of June 2017. The
counseling will be on the merit basis of SAAT 2017. SAAT 2017 counseling
consists of document verification of the candidates which may include the
qualification, age limit verification. |
Admission |
Those candidates who had qualified the written test and had
undergone through counseling process will take admission on university
campus. They have to give their past academic records and submit the
admission fees. |
