The
National Admission Test (NAT) exam is conducted by Asia Pacific Institute of
Information Technology (APIIT), Panipat for admissions to its Bachelor of
Technology(B.Tech) programme. NAT 2018 dates will be released shortly. The
exam is tentatively expected to be conducted in the month of May.
According to
information, admission to 50% seats( including 15% All India Category seats)
will be executed by the Haryana State Counseling Society through 'ONLINE OFF
CAMPUS' Centralized Counseling based on JEE Main 2018 Merit Ranking.
The remaining 50% of
seats are reserved for the institute and admissions to these seats are done
on the basis of NAT exam. |

| Eligibility |
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and
Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Computer.
• They must have acquired atleast 45%(40% in case of candidate belonging to
reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
• They should be minimum 17 years on the first date of the admission month. |
| Pattern |
| APIIT NAT 2018
will be a two and a half hour long exam which will encompass 100 multiple
choice questions ( 50 each for Mathematics and Physics). For each correct
answer, students will be awarded 3 marks and for every incorrect answer, 1
mark will be deducted. |
| Results |
It mandatory
for the candidates to qualify all the rounds of written exam and counselling.
Qualifying which will ensure the candidate’s admission in their choice of
college and courses.
The followed steps will
help the candidates to check and download their NAT 2018 Result.
• Visit the APIIET 2018 Official website.
• Login by entering your registered
application number and password.
• NAT 2018 result and rank card will be displayed on the screen.
• Download the NAT 2018 rank card and take a print out for future
references.
The NAT 2018 result will
be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Nat 2018 which
is expected to be conducted in the month of June, 2018. |
| Admit Card |
The NAT 2018 Admit Cards will carry a few of the candidate’s details
along with the test centre and exam schedule. These details include the
candidate’s name, application number, photograph, signature and date of
birth. Aspirants are requested to carry the NAT 2018 admit cards along with
other required documents. Failing to produce the admit cards at the test
centre, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination
hall.
Follow the steps given
below in order to download the NAT 2018 Admit cards.
• The candidates will have to
resister online on the official website and obtain the credentials to
login.
• After successful login the
candidates will then be able to clock on the Download Admit Cards tab.
• On clicking the website
will ask the candidates to enter their Application Number and Date of
Birth.
• On entering the correct
details, their admit card will be displayed on the screen.
• The candidate will then
have to check for their details and then download the admit card. In case of
incorrect details the candidates will have to inform the admission department
at the institute for changes. |
| Application Form |
The candidates seeking admission to the 4 year BE/BTech programmes
offered at Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT), Panipat
will have to follow the steps below. These instructions will give you an idea
about filling the NAT 2018 application form and will guide your throughout
the admission process.
Step 1: NAT 2018
Application Form and Payment of Application Fee
The candidates will have
to register online on the official website in order to apply for taking the
NAT 2018 exam. After successful registration, the downloadable application
will be made available. For the same, a Demand draft of 700/- in favour of
"APIIT SD INDIA", payable at Panipat is required to be attached
with the filled in application form and has to be sent at APIIT SD India,
Faridpur Road, GT Road, Karnal Side, Near Toll Plaza, Panipat- 132103
(Haryana).
The candidates can also
obtain the application form in person by paying an amount of Rs. 700/. The
payment is to be made in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of "APIIT
SD INDIA", payable at Panipat. The same needs to be send at APIIT SD
India, Faridpur Road, GT Road, Karnal Side, Near Toll Plaza, Panipat- 132103
(Haryana).
Students will receive the
Acknowledgment Card (Form C) within a week of receiving the application
form.
Step 2:
Photograph and Signature
At this stage, the
candidates will also require three self-attested passport size photographs -
1 to be pasted on the application form & 1 each on attestation Form A and
Form B.
This will complete the
filling of the NAT 2018 application form, which can now be sent to the given
address through post. |
